Kinesiology

Systematic kinesiology uses a gentle form of muscle-testing which is non-invasive. Various muscles are tested and depending on the responses obtained the kinesiologist will use a variety of treatments to rectify the system's imbalances. These treatments can vary from firm massage of specific reflexes to nutritional supplements, from flower remedies and herbs to simple exercises.

Systematic kinesiology works within the triad of health considering the structural, chemical and emotional aspects. It is important to ensure that all aspects of any condition are treated so that the whole system is treated.

Systematic kinesiology is excellent for checking allergies and food sensitivities.
