Psychotherapy

CounsellingPsychotherapy is a practice that enables a person to see through the reasons underlying the conflicts and dissatisfactions of his or her life and relationships. These conflicts may appear in many forms: anxiety and panic, depression, eating disorders, lack of energy, constant difficulties in relationships or at work. It can be short or long term, focused or free ranging but it's centred on coming to understand oneself and ones actions in relation to others.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy means to help you gain a better understanding of how inner feelings, thoughts and conflicts are affecting you, so as to be more free to change and grow in the present. I aim to provide a safe and confidential space in which to explore the possibilities.
